Migration Schedule

This migration to Prisma Access Browser will follow a phased approach to ensure minimal disruption to daily operations.

Phase 1: Preparation (Complete)

Duration: August - September 2025
Status: ✅ Complete

Activities:

✅ Infrastructure setup and testing
✅ Pilot group identification
✅ User communication and training materials
✅ Documentation finalization

Phase 2: Pilot Deployment (Complete)

Duration: September 15 - October 10
Status: ✅ Complete

Activities:

✅ Configure remote connections, application groups, and rules
✅ Troubleshoot DNS and connection issues
✅ Create service connections into Azure
✅ Deploy to pilot group
✅ Troubleshoot connections with saved credentials
✅ Issue resolution (monitoring)

Phase 3: Gradual Rollout (Current)

Duration: Mid October 2025
Status: ✅ Complete

Activities:

✅ Tufts Medicine roll out
✅ User training sessions
✅ Continuous monitoring and support
✅ Documentation updates

Phase 4: Full Migration

Duration: Late October - Early November 2025
Status: ⏳ In Progress

Activities:

✅ Complete migration of all users
⏳ Decommission Harmony Connect
⏳ Final validation and testing
⏳ Project closure
